  • 1. How does a membership to Hygge Mail work?

    HyggeMail provides a simple membership option using tokens. Each token is equivalent to one postcard printed and mailed for you anywhere in the world. When you login for the first time, HyggeMail welcomes you with ten free tokens. You can purchase additional tokens in groups of 10, 20 or 50 using PayPal. Use them to send your positive thoughts and feelings of gratitude to loved ones.  

  • 2. What should I do if I lost my login credentials?

    Regaining access to your account is easy. Select the ‘Forgot Password’ link in the ‘Sign In’ window. Or you can contact support at Admin@HyggeMail.com to receive the assistance you need.

  • 3. Where can I find the cards that I’ve sent?

    In your user profile, you can review, replicate and delete every card you have designed or mailed. 

  • 4. Why was my card order canceled?

    At times it is necessary to cancel a Hygge Mail order when it does not meet our core principles, such as messages that convey racial, sexual, or similarly insulting or shaming messages. For further details, please review the Terms and Conditions you agreed to when creating your account. You may also contact support at Admin@HyggeMail.com with any additional questions. 

  • 5. Can I cancel a card once I’ve placed an order?

    Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of placement. After that, most orders are already in process and cannot be cancelled.

     

  • 6. My card wasn’t received. What should I do?

    First, consider if you are still within a reasonable timeframe for shipping. You’re excited and enough time may not have passed. Weather and other factors can also cause postal delays. Please verify that the recipient address is accurate as well. If you still have concerns, you may contact support at Admin@HyggeMail.com at any time. Your Hygge Mail delivery is important to all of us.

  • 7. Where can I check my card shipment status?

    Go to your user account for up-to-date information on the status of all your orders. 

  • 8. How fast will my card be shipped and received?

    Most cards are ready for shipping within a day or maximum two days. Delivery time is dependent on the recipient’s location. Within the continental US, first class mail often takes just a few days. International locations will take longer.

  • 9. Can I send a card on a selected date?

    We have two options for selecting a mailing date for your card.

    • Current Date: Card is printed and mailed as soon as it is received.
    • Future date: Card is printed and mailed on your scheduled date.

    **If you need your postcard to arrive by a particular date, be sure to consider postal delivery time especially when sending internationally. 

  • 10. Can I send a single card to multiple recipients?

    Yes. In fact, many of our clients use Hygge Mail for birth announcements and event invitations. You create the card and supply the details and we do the rest.

  • 11. Where can I ship cards to?

    We will ship a card to a single address or multiple recipients anywhere in the world. Please be sure to carefully enter each address. We want everyone to receive your postcard as much as you do.

  • 12. Can I save my design and send the card at a later date?

    Yes, You can save your design and exit the HyggeMail design tool at any time. Select your user profile page to access all your saved and previously sent postcards.  From there, you can view or resend previous designs.

  • 13. Can I use my own images for card design?

    Absolutely. With Hygge Mail, you can upload your own high quality images or select one from our catalogue. This postcard is from you to someone special and it can be completely customized!

  • 14. How do I create a new card?

    Creating a new card is easy. Simply register on the site by clicking here. Registration is quick and easy. Alternately, you can login with your Facebook account. Then use the simple design tool to create your own card with your selected images and written message.
